Message	I don't know what smog is like in Canada but OBDII and mods don't play well together here in California. Also the the lack of variable valve timing is a huge con, not a pro. The 96 sounds like it would be a nicer DD but it's more expensive and quite a long drive. If you plan to mod the car then the 90 is probably the way to go.
